Medical Business Transformation (SAP Implementation)
Led a curriculum development team through a $300+ Million global business transformation of Cardinal Health's Medical segment. Lead the design of the curriculum that was used for the shared services division to included Customer Service, Contracts & Pricing, Sales, and Ambulatory Care
Company Acquisitions
Active team member of large and small company acquisitions in which I have had to design training plans to incorporate new systems or onboard new individuals into the company structure. I have also design messaging videos to explain the acquisition. Some of the acquisitions have been with Cardinal Health, MedSpring, Fresenius, and Circuit City.
New Products
A key contributor to Intuit Quickbooks software deployment upgrades. Managed all aspects of customer-facing and internal associates training. Participated as Training Lead in launch teams that looked at all aspects of the new products. At Telsource launched new product lines and shared services such as Networking Security, LAN and WAN implementations, as well as working as a third party vendor. Additional implementations include enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS) from multiple vendors.
Fire Engineering Training and JEMS Training
Build and scaled Fire Engineering Training and JEMS Training into leading digital education platforms for the Fire and EMS communities. As part of the executive team, I helped establish a custom Docebo LMS tailored to the unique needs of first responders, incorporating specialized features to support certification, compliance, and user experience. I led the development and launch of more than 1,600 courses, creating a robust and scalable content ecosystem. Additionally, I secured national accreditation across multiple governing bodies, including CAPCE, FCDICE, and VAOEMS, positioning the platforms as trusted sources for continuing education nationwide.
Digital Media Transformation
Led a digital-first transformation across Clarion Events’ Fire & Rescue portfolio, driving strategy and execution for four key media brands, including Fire Engineering. By increasing content velocity and standardizing editorial workflows, I established scalable processes that strengthened brand identity and improved consistency across platforms. I also centralized project management by migrating teams to Monday.com dashboards, enhancing visibility, collaboration, and efficiency. These efforts contributed to measurable growth in site traffic and overall audience engagement.
Publishing
Publishing-Fire Engineering Books took from 800K in revenue to over 2M. Established process and operational readiness. Managed P&L and entire publishing business from acquisitions to production.
Certifications
Currently hold a Yellow Belt in Six Sigma and hands-on experience with DAMIC framework to include Fishbone Diagrams, Statistical Process Control Charts, 5S standards. Champion training to sponsor lean projects.
